TEBA Leadership Camp는 Harvard, Yale, UC Berkeley 등 명문대 출신 및 재학 중인 TEBA 디렉터 선생님들이 기획·운영하고, 조직 리더십 전공 Ph.D. 소장님이 지도하는 프리미엄 소수정예 리더십 프로그램입니다.
학생들은 캠프를 통해 학업, 인성, 신앙, 책임감, 팀워크, 자기관리, 시간관리, 소통, 협동, 자기 절제, 배려를 배우며 건강한 리더로 성장하게 됩니다.
TEBA Leadership Camp is a premium small-group leadership program planned and led by TEBA Director teachers who have graduated from or currently attend top universities such as Harvard, Yale, and UC Berkeley. The program is guided by TEBA Institute's President, who holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
Through this opportunity, students grow in academics, character, faith, responsibility, teamwork, self-management, time management, communication, collaboration, self-discipline, and care for others.
Bible-Based Leadership Training (BLT)

Bible-Based Leadership Training (BLT)는 성경 말씀을 리더십, 사고력, 책임감, 삶의 선택에 연결하도록 돕는 TEBA의 신앙 기반 리더십 훈련 과정입니다.
7년간의 전문 신학 교육과 성경 교육 및 리더십 지도 경험을 바탕으로, TEBA 연구소 소장님이 학생들이 말씀을 삶과 리더십에 적용하도록 지도합니다.
학생들은 BLT를 통해 성경적 관점으로 세상을 바라보고, 자신의 생각과 행동을 점검하며, 하나님 중심의 삶 안에서 책임감, 자기 절제, 섬김의 리더십을 배워갑니다.
Bible-Based Leadership Training (BLT) is TEBA’s faith-based leadership program that connects biblical truth with leadership, thinking, responsibility, and life choices.
Led by TEBA Institute's President, who brings seven years of theological education and extensive experience in biblical education and leadership guidance, BLT helps students apply Scripture to life and leadership.
Through BLT, students learn to view the world through Scripture, reflect on their thoughts and actions, and grow in responsibility, self-discipline, and servant-hearted leadership.
Parent Leadership & Education (PLE)
부모 리더십 교육
Parent Leadership & Education (PLE)은 학부모님들이 자녀의 학업, 습관, 정서, 신앙, 진로 방향을 더 깊이 이해하고 건강하게 이끌 수 있도록 돕는 TEBA의 학부모 교육 프로그램입니다.
TEBA는 학생의 성장을 위해 가정과 교육기관의 협력이 중요하다고 믿습니다. 본 프로그램은 학부모님들이 자녀와 더 효과적으로 소통하고, 학업과 생활 태도를 균형 있게 지원하며, 가정 안에서 건강한 리더십을 세워 갈 수 있도록 돕습니다.
Parent Leadership & Education (PLE) is TEBA’s parent education program designed to help families better understand and guide their child’s academic growth, habits, emotional development, faith, and future direction.
TEBA believes that student growth is strengthened when families and educators work together. This program helps parents communicate more effectively with their children, support both academic and personal development, and build healthy leadership within the home.
